The brief
An independent estate agency wants listings that feel considered rather than crammed, plus an easy way for sellers to book a valuation.
The approach
- Large photography with quiet serif type, like a property magazine.
- Filterable listings with the details buyers actually check first.
- A short valuation request instead of a long form.
